2.4 Consider approving a change order and associated written release with Waller, Todd, and Sadler for additional construction management services for the Eastern Shore Regional Library & Heritage Center Project through July 27, 2021 in the amount of $19,072.50 which includes a deduct of $4,500 related to the relocation of roof drain lines
